Who can list their home or property?
Anyone as long as the home
or property is located at the Jersey Shore (New Jersey). Private
home owners, property owners, business owners, agents, and
representatives can list their properties for rental, sale,
off-season rental, or summer shares.
Can I cancel my ad if my property is sold or rented?
Yes. You can delete your
ad at any time by clicking on the Remove
link. So that somebody else cannot delete your ad, you will
need to have your Ad ID and Password for security reasons.
How do I place an ad on JerseyShoreHouseRentals.com?
Go to the Place
Ads link, and simply follow the instructions there. Once
you fill out the form and are satisfied with your ad you will
then be presented with payment options. For a promotional
period, ads may be placed for free. After the promotional
period ends, small payments payable to PayPal will be required
to place new listings. After you complete the form, you will
automatically be transferred to PayPal's site for credit card
processing. After the transaction is complete, you may upload
your pictures. Your ad will then be posted immediately.
How do I upload my photos?
JerseyShoreHouseRentals.com
makes it very easy for you to upload your own photos. The
information in this section assumes that you already have
your photos stored on your computer's hard drive, floppy disk,
zip disc, or CD-ROM. Depending on the ad category that you
choose, you can display multiple photos of your property.
You can upload your photos immediately after your fill out
the form on the Place Ads
page. After your ad has been submitted, you will then be directed
to the page where you can up load your photos. Just follow
the simple instructions! In order to be accepted for upload,
photos should be either .jpg or .gif files, and should be
less than 800x600 pixels in physical size and less than 150K
in file size.
If you don't have your photos ready when you place your ad,
you can always add photos at a later date, by logging into
the edit feature.

If you want the pictures returned, you must include a self-addressed
stamped envelope.
Will I be notified before my ad expires?
Yes, you will be notified
7 days before your ad is to expire via email. At that time
you can renew your ad.
If you do not renew your ad, it will automatically expire.
What if I forget my password?
No problem. Just click on the
Password
Recovery link, enter your Ad ID, and your password will
be sent to the email address that you provided when you placed
the Ad.
