a listing using our online submission form, you are
making a request for your advertisement to appear
on our website. Once we have checked your listing
we will publish it on our website complete with all
information that you specify on the listing submission
form. This will include your telephone number(s) together
with the town you have designated for the property
you are selling, sharing, or renting. The Internet
is a global medium and in accepting these terms you
are indicating that you understand this and agree
that this information may be published on the Internet.
PRIVACY GUARANTEE:
The information you provide when you place your
listing is used to prepare your listing, provide
us with details of who we can contact if we receive
complaints about your listing and, if you pay by
credit/debit card, provide the information required
by our bank to process your transaction. All information
is collected lawfully and stored securely. We guarantee
that your personal information, including your email
address, will not be divulged to any other person
or company other than the credit card processing
company that processes credit/debit card transactions
on our behalf. Your email address will not appear
in any listing placed on our website. Instead, a
form will be provided so that people can contact
you without revealing your email address to the
public. We will not send unsolicited material by
mail, email or any other method to you unless we
need to seek or provide information relating to
your listing.
Your listing: The property you are advertising
must be within the Jersey Shore region of new jersey,
New York, and your listing cannot include any illegal
or offensive material. You may give details of one
property per listing. We reserve the right to amend
your listing in order to ensure compliance with
our standards or to reject it at our discretion.
You hereby declare that all the information you
have provided is truthful, accurate, and legal and
that you have the legal right to sell or rent the
property offered in your listing . Be considerate
to potential purchasers or renters; they may travel
a considerable distance to visit the property you
have advertised. You accept full responsibility
for all expenses, losses and any other costs caused
by untrue or inaccurate information supplied by
you or if you do not have the legal agency to rent,
sell, or share the property you are listing. Photographs
are accepted by upload to our server, email or post.
We will tell you how to send your photograph when
you submit your listing .
Your order: Once you have completed the
listing submission form, a proof of your listing
will be displayed for you to amend as appropriate.
Once you have approved this, your listing will be
published immediately. You will be given an listing
reference number and password which you must store
in a safe place as these will be required later
should you wish to renew, amend or cancel your listing.
Amendments and cancellation: You may cancel
or amend your listing at any time by using the form
provided on our website. Refunds will not be given
for listings that are not cancelled before the expiration
date. For security reasons, you will be prompted
for your listing reference number and password.
Amendments and cancellations are carried out immediately.
Payment: You may pay by credit/debit card
online via a secure server or by Personal Check
or Mail Order sent to us by mail. When paying by
credit/debit card you will be linked, via a secure
server, to a secure credit card processing page,
which will handle the transaction and provide us
with an authorization once the transaction is approved.
Such transactions are carried out automatically,
securely, and privately. We are therefore unable
to answer any questions relating to credit/debit
card transactions. Please direct any such questions
to your card issuer. We do not accept liability
for any losses or damages you may incur as a result
of using credit/debit cards from our website or
from any other sites linked from our website. Payments
by cheque or postal order should be sent in accordance
with the instructions given when you submit your
listing . Only checks issued by US banks
and Money Orders made out in US currency
will be accepted. These should be made payable

In all cases, we will not publish an listing until
full payment has been received although we will
not normally withhold publication while waiting
for a check to clear.
Our liability to purchasers: We will not
publish adverts unless advertisers have confirmed
that they have read and agreed to our terms. Since
we are unable to guarantee that the advertiser has
fully complied with our terms, even though this
has indicated to us, we are unable to accept any
liability for losses or damages caused to persons
buying or renting or attempting to buy or rent properties
that appear in any listings placed within our website.
Therefore, you are strongly advised to apply due
dilligence and perform adequate research to confirm
that the advertiser has provided accurate information
and has the right to sell or rent the property that
has been advertised, before providing payment.
